We will build a lighting setup that supports the room and the schedule, including:

DESIGNING STAGE

Live Lighting Control On The Day

Lighting isn’t just turned on and left. We will programme and operate lighting live, so it changes with the event — from walk-ons and awards moments to breaks and evening transitions.

We will coordinate lighting cues with:

  • Speeches and stage moments

  • On-screen content and video playback

  • Sound and music cueing

  • The running order and changeovers

Lighting As Part Of Full AV Production

Lighting is typically booked alongside staging, screens/video walls and sound. We will quote lighting as a standalone service, or as part of a complete AV production package with technicians included.
